ERROR: GLEW initalization error: Missing GL version

created at 10-26-2021 views: 1

OS: Ubuntu 18.04

Since there is no nvidia-xxx folder in my /usr/lib directory, I use the following method in the .bashrc file:

export PATH=/usr/local/cuda-10.2/bin${PATH:+:${PATH}}
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-10.2/lib64${LD_LIBRARY_PATH:+:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}}
export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLEW.so:/usr/lib/nvidia-460/libGL.so

It doesn't work.

SOLUTION

The final solution is:

By manually adding environment variables to the current operating environment, add the corresponding environment variables in pycharm's Run->Edit Configuration->Environment Variables

Variable name: LD_PRELOAD
Variable value: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLEW.so
