Quick and easy solution¶

Search for the libmpg123-0.dll script file in the C drive (usually in the C drive, search the entire disk if you can't find it)
Copy the libmpg123-0.dll script file found to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
Restart Pycharm
