As a newbie, this is really a headache. What I found on various platforms does not match, such as deleting three Java files under system32, reconfiguration, etc., and finally found that Java became version 17? Just uninstall.

Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall Programs
After uninstalling, just configure the Java environment normally
